The solar ignition device manufactured by our company according to the customer's requirements has been debugged and will be delivered in the near future. The ignition device is used to ignite the combustible gas in the blowout exhaust pipeline such as liquid-gas separator. It is the treatment device of tail gas and vented natural gas in the refinery and natural gas gathering and transmission station on the drilling site.

Operating instructions for remote ignition device control box

Before the operation of the control box, open the door of the control box, check whether all parts are connected well according to the instructions, and then carry out the next safe operation.

Manual ignition: turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, directly press the ignition button, the igniter will automatically ignite, and the ignition indicator light is on. The igniter will ignite at the head of the ignition rod through the high-voltage connecting line and the ignition rod. In case of flammable gas from the discharge nozzle line, it will automatically burn at the head of the burner, and the ignition is successful.

The manual ignition program is set to ignite for 3 seconds and stop for 20 seconds. After this cycle for 5 times, the ignition program will stop automatically. After each ignition, manually press the ignition button again to reset. Before the next ignition.

Remote control function: turn on the power switch before use, and the power indicator is on. Turn on the power switch of the remote control and press the "on" of the remote control by hand. The high-energy igniter automatically ignites, and the ignition indicator light is on. The igniter ignites at the head of the ignition rod through the high-voltage connecting line and the ignition rod. In case of flammable gas from the discharge nozzle line, it burns automatically at the head of the burner, and the ignition is successful.

The control box cannot carry out remote ignition during manual ignition, and cannot carry out manual ignition during remote ignition. After each ignition, it must be reset before the next operation.

This control box is generally charged by solar energy, and can also be charged by 220V power supply on site!
