New progress for Mud tank being manufactured in Russian factory

At present ,one set low -temperature drilling fluids circulation treatment system is being manufactured in workshop of RSD-SOTEK LLC ,Russia. This system is designed and manufactured for GAZPROM client and will be suited for their automatic hydraulic drill rig which is manufactured by Italy Drill Mec.

The design features are as below:

• The equipment (shale shaker group, mud cleaner, centrifuge, warm fan) on the surface of mud tank will be combined with insulation shed into one unit, by this quick loading design ,there is no need to disassemble tank surface equipment ,this unit will be transferred and dismounted integrally while moving drill rig to achieve fast moving .
• Use telescopic union and flexible tube to connect tanks to achieve rapid assembly and disassembly between tanks
• Adopt low temperature resistant steel materials and low temperature resistant grease to meet the harsh low temperature requirement in Siberia.
• Adopt double heat preservation system: steam heater and electric heater; Double U-shaped heating loop is installed in tank to ensure stable operation of tank and equipment.
• The way of combining mobile tank group with fixed tank group can meet the requirements of field use.

The system will be used in the cold area of Russia, and shall meet very strict requirements for cold protection. All equipment, accessories, oil and instruments must meet the requirements of low temperature of minus 45 degrees Celsius.  Guideway bottom skid can realize fast moving between cluster wellheads with high automatic positioning accuracy.
