Oil based mud is mainly composed of mineral oil, water, main and auxiliary emulsifiers, fluid loss reducer, weighting agent and plugging materials. Oil-based mud adheres to rock cuttings to form oil-bearing drilling cuttings, which is a national hazardous waste. Due to the stable characteristics, high viscosity and complex components of oil-based mud, the resource utilization has not been well solved. The data show that the output of a single well containing drilling cuttings can reach 200-300 m3, and the content of petroleum hydrocarbon and oil-soluble mud additives is high. Oil pollutes the water body, directly poisons organisms, and forms oil to degrade the water quality; Oily drilling cuttings enter the soil and oil inhibits plant growth.
As a professional enterprise in solid phase control and waste treatment of domestic oil and gas drilling, Restar takes "accurate separation and beautiful home" as its corporate vision and "material separation problem solver" as its corporate mission, Through continuous experiments and optimization, Restar R & D team designed the ultimate treatment solution of oil-based drilling cuttings – RSFC oil phase recovery and environmental protection treatment integrated treatment technology.
RSFC integrated disposal technology of oil phase recovery and environmental protection treatment of oily drilling cuttings can achieve the purpose of recovering oil phase and oil phase additives with a recovery rate of more than 99.7%, which is exactly the same as the original drilling fluid, with high recovery value and complete recycling of resources; After treatment, the oil content of solid phase is less than 0.3%, which can be used or discharged for secondary processing;
There is no harmful gas emission in the treatment process, green and environmental protection, no secondary pollution and harmful gas emission; Only non-polar and weakly polar substances are extracted. In this project, only mineral oil and oil-soluble additives are extracted, so other components of lithology are not damaged, which is conducive to the secondary utilization of materials after treatment.
The TPH in the treated waste residue is 0.04% ~ 0.17%, meeting the control standard for pollutants in agricultural sludge (gb4284-2018, TPH limit is less than 0.3%); the waste residue meets the technical standards for class I and II solid wastes in the standard for pollution control of general industrial solid waste storage and disposal sites (gb18599-2001), and can be safely disposed of.
Monitoring by the third-party authority, the environmental compliance rate of waste residue is 100%; Drilling cuttings are changed from hazardous waste to general solid waste, and resources, reduction and harmless disposal are realized in one step; The recovered oil phase can directly prepare drilling fluid with the same performance as the newly prepared OBM for diesel, and the dosage of main and auxiliary emulsifiers and other main additives can be reduced by 50%, with high utilization rate and high added value.
The research results show that the rsfc treatment technology of oily drilling cuttings realizes the one-step treatment of resource, reduction and harmlessness, and has the outstanding characteristics of good effect, low cost and green environmental protection. It provides a new process and method for the green treatment of oily drilling cuttings, which will produce huge economic, social and ecological benefits in the field of environmental protection!
