Successful Delivery of Oily Waste Heat Wash Unit

Currently, the Oily Waste Heat Wash Unit, developed and manufactured by Restar, has completed installation and commissioning. The unit has delivered to the job site against successful inspection of the client.

The unit is mainly comprised of crush lifting modular, Fluidization conditioning modular, coarse separation modular, fine separation modular, chemical mixing modular. The unit adopts integral modular, automatic control system design, which benefits transport and significantly reduce labor load, and number of operators.    

The oily waste encompasses many solid wastes, such as stems, plastic bags, woven bags, plastic bottles etc., hence it is mandatory for the crushing process so as to ensure following treatment. The oily waste will be delivered to the fluidization conditioning tank after crushing process, and will be fully mixed with hot water and prepared chemicals in the ambient of steam. When the chemicals and oily waste has completely interacted, the mixtures will be pumped to separation, oil removal, and centrifugal separation for separation of oil, mud, and water.

The solid waste is able to be stacked naturally after separation from the unit, and the oil collected from the treatment unit can be used commercially by the client, and part of the water separated from the treatment unit can be recycled to the unit whereas the rest can be collected the client for other purpose or disposal. The entre unit enables all resources to be recycled and collected. After the initial heat wash treatment, the oil content in the waste can be dropped down to 2%, and if further wash treatment, the oil content of the solid waste will drop down to 1%, so as to meet the requirement for non-hazardous and amount-reduction treatment by the client.
