The electrocatalytic process is innovatively developed to degrade and separate organic matter; The new denitrification process and core equipment, the multi-effect evaporation desalination separation and chlorine removal process, and the integrated skid-mounted continuous effluent treatment device have formed the high standard of effluent discharge and safe disposal technology of shale gas extraction waste water. Espacially for environmentally sensitive area in southwest of China.

It has solved the technical problems of deep degradation and separation of intractable organic matter and ammonia nitrogen, as well as the standard discharge of soluble inorganic salts, and realized the standard environmental protection treatment and safe disposal of the produced water form the commercial scale development of shale gas.

Technical proposal:

The water quality can meet the water quality standard of discharge and irrigation of farmland by adopting the composite technology of pretreatment; electric flocculation; softening and removing hardness; oxidation and denitrification; desalination.

Technical parameters

After the treatment of shale gas extraction wastewater, the water quality reached the I classes standard of GB8978-1996; and the chloride ion reach the Ⅱ class C warer area in standard of DB51/190-93.

Application Effect:

Developed electrocatalytic degradation of organ matter process, oxidation denitrification process and special equipment, developed mulr-effect evaporation desalination advanced treatment process, organic matter, ammonia nitrogen and chloride ions all achieved the discharge standards.
