RSD safety rectification for escorting product quality

RSD focus on design and manufacturing material separation equipment more than 20 years, safety production has never been taken lightly. At the beginning of 2021, we carried out production safety training activity with the theme of "Eliminating Accidents and Forming Safety Defense Lines"and organized personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance for workshop environment and production equipment.Through the safety rectification, improve the company's safety prevention and control ability was improved, build a soild security foundation for safe and stable development of the enterprise.

We conduct the regulation of morning meeting ,week finishing and month  rectification. Discover, deal with and rectify violations in time. For instance of electricity utilization safety problem, we refit the circuit grounding wire, delimit the safety area, lay the electric shock proof rubber, improve the workshop electricity safety.

Adjust the firefighting device in the production workshop.The fire extinguishers are matched with two groups so that the fire extinguisher does not contact the ground directly.Storage of propane, oxygen and carbon dioxide are divided into empty bottle area and full bottle area. Gas alarm, safety mark and warning mark are installed or stuck.

Various rules and regulations were made by workshop and office to standardize safety management and standardize operation. Such as "high altitude operation rules", "temporary electricity operation rules", "safety belt maintenance plan", "hydraulic lift car operation rules and maintenance", "fire sand use methods" and so on. The purpose is to make production process to comply with “8S” standard and supply high quality products to clients.
